The challenge
Tracking membership expiry in spreadsheets meant the gym missed the window to reach out about renewal for many members each month.
Evening group classes were routinely overbooked because there was no cap on how many could reserve a spot.
The solution
NTIOT built a system that automatically flags members whose membership expires within 7 days so staff can reach out proactively.
A class-booking feature with a capacity cap was added directly to the member app.
