Product Designer (UI/UX)

Lead design for client engagements end to end — research, wireframes, design systems, and handoff — under our Principal Designer.

Responsibilities

• Run lightweight user research and translate findings into design decisions
• Build and maintain design systems shared across engineering and design
• Present design rationale directly to client stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience with a portfolio of shipped work
• Strong Figma skills and experience building component-based design systems
• Comfortable defending design decisions with reasoning, not just taste
