Responsibilities
- Build and evaluate ML models against production data, not just benchmarks
- Design RAG pipelines and evaluation harnesses for LLM-powered features
- Partner with backend engineers on model serving and monitoring infrastructure
Requirements
- 3+ years applying ML in a production setting (not research-only)
- Strong Python skills; experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Comfortable explaining model limitations and failure modes to non-technical stakeholders
